Abstract

Minyak goreng saat ini merupakan salah satu jenis minyak yang umum digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Harga dari minyak goreng sering mengalami perubahan sehingga fluktuasi dari harga minyak goreng menjadi sangat sulit diprediksi karena pergerakan yang tidak stabil. Keterbatasan stok minyak goreng dalam negeri mengakibatkan tingginya harga minyak goreng domestik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penerapan data mining untuk mendapatkan hubungan atau pola yang mungkin memberikan indikasi yang bermanfaat. Proses data mining menggunakan metode Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) dengan algoritma regresi linear berganda dengan menghimpun data selama 5 tahun dari Januari 2017 sampai dengan April 2022 yang diperoleh melalui website resmi atau official instagram dari data relevan dan diakses melalui internet. Teknik regresi linear berganda yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara 5 variabel bebas, yaitu produksi CPO, produksi minyak goreng, total konsumsi minyak goreng domestik, total ekspor minyak goreng, harga CPO dunia terhadap variabel Y yaitu harga rata-rata minyak goreng domestik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 5 variabel mempengaruhi 63.3% terhadap variabel Y (harga rata-rata minyak goreng domestik) sedangkan sisanya sebesar 36.7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dihitung dalam penelitian.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of content marketing, customer engagement and repurchase intention using path analysis. This study uses a quantitative approach method, with data collection methods using surveys through online questionnaires distributed to Instagram followers @hijoo.id. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling with a sample of 102 respondents. The data analysis technique used was Path Analysis, which was previously instrument tested, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, correlation analysis. The test was carried out using SPSS Software. The results of the study show that content marketing has a significant and positive effect on customer engagement; customer engagement has a significant and positive effect on repurchase intention and so does content marketing have an effect on repurchase intention which is mediated by customer engagement.

Abstract

Customers are now familiar with terms such as ozone-friendly, eco-friendly, recycled materials and green products. Due to the perception of high value that costumers associate with the concept of green, green marketing strategy and green supply chain management trends have developed among companies that want to remain competitive in their respective businesses. Likewise, in terms of the café and restaurant business, it has grown significantly over the past decade, but is currently facing another challenge in meeting the modern need for products that fit the requirements of the new eco-friendly concept. In this study, researchers want to know what variables affect Green Purchase Intention in Coffee Shops and Restaurants in Bandung City. The results of this study found that Green Supply Chain Management affects the main determinant of this research to encourage the increase of Green Purchase Intention.

Abstract

The low innovation capability of a country is in line with the low innovation capabilities of economic institutions and organizations including MSMEs in it. For companies such as MSMEs, innovation has the power to build competitive advantages in sources of prosperity and economic growth. One of the factors driving the creation of an innovation climate in organizations is culture. Therefore, it is necessary to have a LINKS (Local and Indigenous Knowledge Systems) based approach which refers to the understanding, skills, culture, and philosophy developed by the community with a long history of interaction with the natural environment of the community itself. This paper aims to analyze the impact of LINKS on Human Resources Innovation Capability Strategy and Business Performance of Food and Beverage MSMEs. This research shows that LINKS (Local Indigenous Knowledge System) indicators had a positive and significant effect on all factors of Innovation Capabilities. Therefore, this study shows that LINKS (Local and Indigenous Knowledge Systems) can encourage Human Resources Innovation Capability Strategy and has implications for increasing Innovation Activities and Innovation Performance to improve the Business Performance of food and beverage MSMEs in Jogjakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penurunan kinerja keuangan dalam bentuk profitabilitas yaitu rasio hasil pengembalian atas aset/return on assets (ROA), rasio hasil pengembalian atas ekuitas/return on equity (ROE), rasio margin laba kotor/gross profit margin (GPM), rasio margin laba operasional/operating profit margin (OPM), dan rasio margin laba bersih/net profit margin (NPM) pada periode Covid-19 terhadap periode sebelum Covid-19. Populasi penelitian ini berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan industri makanan dan minuman yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia/Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI/IDX) tahun 2019-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh ukuran sampel berjumlah 24. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Uji T Paired (program SPSS versi 24) untuk metode analisis datanya. Hasil penelitian memaparkan bahwa rasio hasil pengembalian atas aset/return on assets (ROA), dan rasio hasil pengembalian atas ekuitas/return on equity (ROE) mengalami penurunan signifikan, sedangkan rasio margin laba kotor/gross profit margin (GPM), rasio margin laba operasional/operating profit margin (OPM), dan rasio margin laba bersih/net profit margin (NPM) tidak mengalami penurunan signifikan pada periode Covid-19 terhadap periode sebelum Covid-19.
